1-. HOW TO CREATE AND EXPORT YOUR TRACKS FOR MASTERING
Export or print your final mix as you normally would. Your file should be at the same resolution and sample rate as your source files. For example, if you have created a session in 24 bits and 44.1kHz, keep the same settings for export.
Make sure that any compressor or limiter inserted into your master chain that alters the dynamic range of your mix should be disabled.
The output level should be roughly around -6dB on your stereo peak meter.
